  • Progress payments are received, these vary on size and scope of work being performed
  • We complete construction
  • We do a final walkthrough with you and note and items that need attention
  • Payment is received for the remainder except for the amount due after touchups
  • You’ll live in your basement for a few weeks to make sure you’re 100% satisfied
  • We’ll come back and complete any touch-ups needed
  • Your final payment will be due
